Teaching and Learning Supports 

The Teaching and Learning team offers a range of supports for Yukon University instructors, including resources, workshops, and one-on-one consults in the following areas, and more: 

     - New instructor orientation 

     - Developing and (re)designing courses and programs 

     - Selecting and adopting useful educational technologies, including Zoom and Moodle 

     - Building instructional skills for face-to-face and flexible delivery classes

Tech Support 

The knowledgeable IT Services staff can help you with account access, Office 365 and email, Banner self-serve, password resets, printing, classroom technology, and more! 

Visit the Online Learning Tools site to work through six modules to familiarize yourself with the online tools that are essential to Yukon University courses. You can find additional information about YukonU’s supported teaching technologies in the Knowledgebase. 

Tech Coaches can provide you with Zoom or Moodle tech support. You can access them by submitting a helpdesk ticket and select 'Tech Coach Request' from the dropdown menu.
