Reflective Questions

Here are some reflective questions for you to consider for this section. Check in with the Teaching and Learning team (teachlearn@yukonu.ca) if you would like to talk about them with someone, or build an action plan for bringing them into your synchronous online sessions.

• What facilitation behaviours or strategies have you seen that you'd like to "borrow" for when you facilitate online that you think adhere to best practices?
• Are there facilitation behaviours or strategies that you have seen that you didn't think were as effective? Or might not work in your context?
• What questions do you still have about synchronous facilitation?
